The page is intended to help translate the logical data model version 1.0 (Danish website), to the FHIR ConditionList standard. The mapping takes its starting point from the data in the logical data model and maps in the associated FHIR element. Therefore, aren’t all FHIR elements from the ConditionList standard presented in the tables below, and the mapping cannot stand alone for implementation. See the IG for ConditionList to find all the requirements for the standard.

The following documentation is in Danish, to maintain the exact wording from the logical data model. Only the name of the data from the model is presented, to avoid redundant information and maintainance.
